FEMA AFG Grant Award
The Bantam Fire Company is excited to announce that we have been awarded a $630,000 grant for radio replacement.
This grant will benefit the BFC and all four Town of Litchfield CT Fire and EMS Companies by replacing all portable radios on every fire truck and ambulance in town!
The grant will require a 5% cost share to be funded by the town resulting in a total project cost of $661,500.45.
Our radios are long overdue for replacement and the grant will lessen the capital improvement burden on the Town of Litchfield Taxpayer.
