Litchfield Housing Plan Steering Committee Mission: To provide a Town Affordable Housing Plan in compliance with Section 8-30j of the Connecticut General Statutes, using the technical planning services of the Northwest Hills Council of Governments supported by a $14,900 Affordable Housing Plan Technical Assistance grant from the CT Department of Housing, as stated in the Town Affordable Housing Plan Fee-For-Service Agreement between the NHCOG and Town of Litchfield adopted by the Litchfield Board of Selectmen on September 7, 2021.
