JANUARY 2, 2024 DEADLINE FOR CHANGING PARTY AFFILIATION
The Presidential Preference Primary is scheduled to take place on April 2, 2024. The winner of the party's Primary becomes that party's candidate in the November Presidential Election. Only affiliated party members can vote in that party's Primary.
Voters who wish to change their party affiliation must do so three months before the date of the Primary: January 2, 2024 is the last day that current voters can change their party affiliation in time to vote in the Primary.
To register to vote or change your registration, visit the Town Clerk at Town Hall, 74 West Street, Litchfield, during regular business hours, or go on line to register at
https://voterregistration.ct.gov/OLVR/welcome.do
