Litchfield Town Facilities Review Committee's Survey

The Town Facilities Review Committee has been charged with evaluating future town facilities needs and recommending potential uses for existing town facilities.  It is our goal that these recommendations reflect the needs and aspirations of our community.  Therefore, to be successful in this mission, we are asking for YOUR help!

We ask that you take a few moments to complete this survey regarding current and potential future town facilities. By taking the survey online, you are significantly aiding the committee in tabulating results (and saving yourself the cost of a stamp!).  You will need the four digit code that came with the survey you received in the mail to complete the online survey.  Multiple members of your household are welcome and encouraged to take the survey using this code.

If you prefer, you may complete the survey form you received in the mail and return it to us in the provided envelope either by mail or in the drop box located at Town Hall.  If multiple members of your household would like to respond, please feel free to make multiple copies of the survey and return them all .
 
The survey will only be available on line until April 20, 2021.
