Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Litchfield, CT will hold a
public hearing on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Litchfield Intermediate School
Auditorium, 35 Plumb Hill Road, Litchfield, CT for the following:
Milton Road – Spath (Eptahori, LLC & Malaka, LLC) – Zone change application to
transfer a 39.287-acre parcel from the RR/SF districts to MF district. MBL# 106-048-003.
At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communication will be
received. Copies of the regulations are on file in the Land Use Office of the Town of Litchfield at
the Town Hall Annex 80 Doyle Road; Bantam, CT.
