Hello Region 20 Community! As most of you know the BOE is in process of searching for qualified candidates to fill the superintendent position. The position has already been posted and we are collecting applications. We are hoping to begin interviews in February. Prior to the interview process, we are working with our CABE consultant to build a candidate profile based on the type of person who would be a good fit to act as the superintendent for our 4 communities. We need your help to do this! There are two ways that you can help us build our candidate profile...
1) Fill out the survey linked on the flier by January 22nd, and
2) Participate in a focus group. Focus groups will be held for varying population and are also outlined on the attached flier.
CABE will be presenting the candidate profile based on these findings to the BOE by the end of January. So please make your voice heard so that we can find a good match to fill this important position.
